Flowers

All of these photos were taken in Hawaii.  Hawaii has several varieties of flowers. This one, in particular, is from Limahuli Botanical Gardens in Kauai.  It  host a rare collection of native Hawaiian plants. 

Flowers donated to the SGI Center in Hawaii.  Its a beautiful center on Pali Highway if you have never been.

Flowers and animals, I believe, are good ways to help nurture those with illnesses.  

One day I was feeling very down and very anxious.  I went to a friend's house and right when I opened the door, there was the cutest dog there.  It jumped on me, licked me over and over.  It had so much joy that it poured it all over me.  It was such as treasure and it lifted my spirits like never before.   This dog, a furry friend, made me feel so wonderful as I hugged it.
